Years ago, I started training with zero gymnastics experience and no coach or real guide, just a drive to unlock cool moves I thought at first were impossible. Now, after nearly a decade of grinding, learning, and competing, I coach athletes, busy professionals, and everyday people around the world to build strong, lean, injury-resistant bodies—without ever touching a weight.
I truly believe that calisthenics is a perfect expression of bodyweight mastery, combing real strength with mobility and functional movement patterns. Not only that, but it also has tremendous carry over into longevity, athletics, and sports if trained correctly.
I started coaching because I’m passionate about giving others the roadmap I wish I had when I started.
